社⻑直下のCTO室にて、最先端の画像処理技術とDeep Learningを応⽤し、以下のような技術の研究開発を⾏います。 Computational Photography: ⼿ぶれ補正 HDR 超解像 パノラマ撮影 ノイズ除去 デブラー フレーム補間 Deep Learning: 奥行き推定 画像分類 物体検出 顔認識 OCR 外観検査 1枚超解像 プロジェクトマネジメントや実装ではなく、モルフォの全プロダクトのコア部分のアルゴリズムを開発する事がミッションです。 基本的に1年～2年以内に実用化できるテーマを扱います。 各事業部と連携して進めるプロジェクトも多く、顧客との距離が非常に近いです。 画像処理や機械学習を中心に、組織横断で週1回ペースで社内勉強会を開催しています。 At the CTO Office - directly under the company president - you will be researching and developing cutting edge technology in Computational Imaging and Deep Learning, for products such as: Computational Photography: Image stabilization HDR Imaging Super-resolution Panorama image generation Image denoising Image deblurring Frame interpolation Deep Learning: Depth estimation Image classification Object detection Face recognition OCR Visual inspection Single Image Super Resolution Your mission is to develop algorithms that will become Morpho’s core technology, rather than project management or implementation. Each research theme is expected to be developed into deployable level within 1-2 years. With many joint projects withMorpho’s business divisions, you can work at closely with the customers. Weekly study sessions on Image Processing and Machine Learning will help you to regularly update your technical knowledge.

You are expected to translate complex machine learning technologies into user stories and tangible product features with clear business value. AI Product Mindset Demonstrate a high-level mindset for building AI products under uncertainty Understand limitations, risks, and uncertainties of AI technologies and translate them into manageable product assumptions Balance model performance, user experience, and business value beyond pure model metrics Design appropriate validation and learning loops for experimentation and iteration in AI projects 不確実性の高い環境下でも AI プロダクトを推進できる高い視座 AI 技術の制約・リスク・不確実性を理解し、プロダクト上の仮説や意思決定に落とし込める モデル精度だけでなく、UX・ビジネス価値を含めたバランスの取れた判断ができる AI プロジェクトにおける検証・反復・学習プロセスを適切に設計できる 2. 製品戦略と計画 Product Strategy & Planning Define the AI product vision, roadmap, and mid-to-long-term goals based on company strategy and market needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new AI application opportunities. 企業戦略と市場ニーズに基づき、AI 製品のビジョン、ロードマップ、中長期目標を策定します。 市場調査と競合分析を実施し、新たな AI 活用機会を特定します。 3. 要件の抽出と定義 Requirements Elicitation & Definition Collaborate closely with stakeholders, users, and Data/AI team to gather, analyze, and translate needs into clear, testable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Define the AI model's inputs, outputs, performance metrics (e.g.,Accuracy, Recall, Latency), and their impact on user experience. ステークホルダー、ユーザー、データ/AI チームと緊密に連携し、ニーズを収集・分析し、明確でテスト可能な製品要件ドキュメント（PRD）にまとめます。 AI モデルの入力、出力、パフォーマンス指標（例：精度、再現率、レイテンシ）、そしてそれらが
